I cannot say enough about Kara Mazzola! Kara worked tirelessly to help us sell a house that every other realtor said was unsellable. Kara kept me up to date and informed during the whole process and made sure I was kept in the loop at all times. I would get texts, e-mails, phone calls and even videos! She has a broad network of professionals, from legal, to lead paint to dealing with a difficult and obtuse mortgage company and isn't afraid to call for advice when needed. Kara was "The Best" right from the beginning of our first meeting, Kara was one of three agents that we met with prior to listing our home. Kara came on time and prepared for our meeting. Throughout the whole process Kara was professional and attentive to details throught our sale. Kara also respected our wishes regarding a 24 hour notice prior to any showing. Our home was treated as her own home, she always ensured the security of our home and took care to proect our interest. Kara and agency would also inform us when they were finished and that our home was locked and secure. While out of town over the holidays an unexpected delivery was left at the door, Kara took it into the house and proceeded to inform us of the package, due to the fact that it was perishable, she even went back and unpacked the gift, send us photos and placed it in the refrigerator to prevent any spoilage. My experience with Kara was excellent. She was professional, competent, knowledgeable and most import, easy to contact with questions and issues. She made a confusing process much easier. She was always prompt with time-sensitive forms to be completed, sent to my email.
